Four in a row for William Davis Homes - a green light for Pershore

We’re really pleased to have secured another green light for new homes at Pershore, following the latest Planning Committee meeting at Wychavon. The development will deliver 94 dwellings, including 40% affordable, on a draft allocation site. With full planning permission secured subject to the s106, the development aims to deliver homes as soon as possible.

That makes it four in a row for William Davis Homes since October — with approvals also coming through at Nanpantan in Charnwood, at Bloxham in Cherwell, and a further site at Fernhill Heath in Wychavon. Having conceptualised and promoted the sites through the various Local Plan Reviews and as the planning consultant for all the applications, we're also grateful for the support of a long list of consultants who have enabled us to get such positive results — helping us to bring around 350 new homes to life.

Planning decisions aren’t always straightforward, even when sites are earmarked for development, so every positive outcome is a big win. Each one plays a part in tackling the housing shortage and giving a boost to local communities and economies.
